Extremely well-organized and always thinking one step ahead of the rest, Mrs. Vasantha Menon is known for her pro-active ability in confidently communicating and guiding IATA aspirants along their chosen career path. Mrs. Menon dons the multi-faceted role of Training Coordinator at Riya Institute of Hospitality and had earlier held notable positions as Assistant Manager – Reservation at Translanka Air Travel Ltd. (GSA for Srilankan Airlines) India. She is a post graduate in Sociology and has successfully completed the Diploma programme in Airlines Ticketing & Travel Management. With close to 16 years of industrial experience and an in-depth grasp on all aspects of the reservation & ticketing process, Mrs. Menon’s cross-cultural work experience and international training in Customer Service has helped her take Riya Institute of Hospitality to higher planes of success.
